A re-creation of Neely's bar, an iconic location from Silent Hill 2 (2002), making use of Nanite and Lumen. This was a short project as a proof of concept for some R&D I've done for a workflow to bring older assets to modern formats and standards.
The workflow includes AI upscaling and clean-up of the original textures, and the production of PBR maps in Substance Sampler. Displacement maps produced in sampler are used to assist in the production of the meshes in Max and ZBrush.
